  The only times in my life where truly went wrong is when I didn't listen to my spirit! The spirit doesn't lie to us our emotions do so learn to listen and recognize the difference between two, because what we doing is what is causing us to deceive destoying ourselves. What we do with our flesh is what will keep us weak but a well maintained spirit will make us strong
