The People Who Hurt People....


Hurt people will always hurt people because they can't help themselves they are hurting too, and that pain will always manifest itself somewhere.  It's the feeling of being helpless in a situation that causes us uncontrolled anger sometimes rage when we feel such sadness in our heart. When we feel so out of control in our emotions.  Remember that anger is easy but deceptive while introspection is always difficult but wise.
