Maintaining Balance-Taking The Time For Yourself

I went for a long walk in about 40min 3+miles so proud of myself :) As a woman I find that I have been guilty of taking great care of others while neglecting myself. Example: A.) My temple, because I am committed to everybody and everything but myself and that must change! Cause I certainly can't be any good to anyone else long term, not even God and God has work for me to do if i can't do that if I am not good to myself. I am about recondition mind and body so I am going to commit to regular exercise and I will be fasting ALL negative thoughts and expressions for next 30 days. Anyone else ready a change are welcome to join me! As it has been brought to my attention that I am very negative towards myself, pray my strength in the Lord....thank you!
