A Good Shepherd or The Spirit Of The Hired Hand

Are You Dealing With A Good Shepherd or The Spirit Of The Hired Hand
I am in sincere hopes that this will help somebody but I read this morning it was abundantly clear that this Word must go forth this morning. Have you noticed the scattering of the sheep in the body of Christ. For the Word says, my sheep hear my voice and another they will NOT follow, could it be the reason be that sheep can't follow/ receive from you is that you are not a true shepherd, you don't sound like or have the heart of their heavenly Father before the sheep. Some are dealing with the spirit of the hired hand, or those who feel like they are called to be shepherd too, because they have calling but they are not truly chosen to lead God's people in the office of a pastor and there is a difference. The hired hand will leave you open to attack or lead you in things are not true according to the Word of God and and then forsake you when the devil comes in to attack the weak sheep. We know if you not willing to labor among us as sheep you being the shepherd then you certainly won't be willing to put yourself on the line should we as your sheep become under attack. I thank God for having a pastor with the shepherd's heart.
John 10:11 “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. 12 The hired hand is not the shepherd and does not own the sheep. So when he sees the wolf coming, he abandons the sheep and runs away. Then the wolf attacks the flock and scatters it. 13 The man runs away because he is a hired hand and cares nothing for the sheep.
14 “I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me— 15 just as the Father knows me and I know the Father—and I lay down my life for the sheep.
16 I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also. They too will listen to my voice, and there shall be one flock and one shepherd.
17 The reason my Father loves me is that I lay down my life—only to take it up again.
18 No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up again. This command I received from my Father.”
