I have found myself being let down lately even by the people that I love most but my heavenly Father has a way of putting my pain and disappointment in its proper perspective. See no one has ever hurt you the way you have hurt the Father every time that you SIN and all sin is ugly to God, no big sins and little sins just righteous or unrighteous before the Lord ... for ALL sinned and fallen short of glory of God. Yet Jesus gave it all for us for when He died on a cross between two thieves and said it is finished. John 3:16 -For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. So if a perfect God love us forgives upon repentance so why can't we love and forgive each other, when to whom much given is much required to who have been forgiven much by God should love much whether our enemy or our friend for love cover a multitude of sins.
Matthew 5:43 “You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’
44 But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, 45 that you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.
46 If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that?
47 And if you greet only your own people, what are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that?
48 Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.
